I enjoy the story of the show and I think it does a good job tackling important issues. However, I wanted to focus on the cinematography. Euphoria's cinematography is phenomenal and I believe it is an aspect that adds a lot to the show. Not just visually but also emotionally.
Euphoria has its own unique visual look. Many different techniques are used to give Euphoria its unique look. The main techniques include the use of colors, use of steady dolly shots, framing, and different camera movements. Neon colors are used a lot in the show which create a euphoric visual look. The color grading and practical lighting work to create different moods for the show. The show creatively uses framing in different scenes to convey how a character is feeling or even to add on to what a character is experiencing. Cinematography is an important of aspect for all films in show. The importance of cinematography in Euphoria is taken to a different level. It is more than just visuals it adds a whole other element to the story.
