Joel Haver is a content creator who creates skits on youtube. What makes him unique is his skits which combine animation and real-life videos. His humor is also different from traditional comedy which is another aspect that adds to his content.
How Joel Haver Creates his Videos
First, Haver begins by shooting the skit in real life and then editing the footage. Next, he exports the footage as a png and divides the video into individual frames. Then he animates over every individual frame. He'll add new backgrounds, costumes, props, and etc. That's the basic overview of the process and it sounds simple. However, it takes a lot of time to go through a video frame by frame animating every individual frame.
Joel Haver's technique complements his style of comedy and really sets him apart from other creators. He is able to create characters and situations that people would never think of. This is what makes him unique and what makes his videos worth watching.
